OVERVIEW

Speed Trawler ("the App") is a mobile game developed by Westmidlanders LLC. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data the App collects, how it is used, and your choices.

DATA WE COLLECT

We do not collect any personal data. The App does not require you to create an account, provide your name, email, or any other personal information.

DATA STORED ON YOUR DEVICE

The App stores the following data locally on your device only:

• High scores for each game mode
• Settings preferences (sound, music)
• In-app purchase status (ad-free)
• Tutorial completion status

This data is stored using iOS standard storage (UserDefaults) and is never transmitted off your device. It is deleted when you uninstall the App.

ADVERTISING

The App displays ads provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use certain data to serve ads, including:

• Device identifiers (IDFA, if you grant permission)
• IP address (for approximate location to serve relevant ads)
• Device information (model, OS version)
• Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)

APP TRACKING TRANSPARENCY

On iOS 14.5 and later, the App will request your permission before allowing AdMob to track your activity across other apps and websites. You can deny this request and still use the App — you will simply see less relevant ads.

IN-APP PURCHASES

The App offers an optional in-app purchase to remove all ads. This purchase is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store any payment information.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The App is suitable for ages 9 and up. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The ads shown are managed by AdMob, which has its own policies for child-directed content.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Google AdMob — for displaying ads (Privacy Policy)
• Apple StoreKit — for processing in-app purchases (Privacy Policy)

YOUR CHOICES

• Remove ads: Purchase the "Remove Ads" option in the App's settings for $3.99
• Deny tracking: Decline the App Tracking Transparency prompt to limit ad targeting
• Reset data: Delete and reinstall the App to clear all locally stored data

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
